CheekyMcBWhat I’ve surprisingly never heard said about kilts, or more specifically sporrans, is that walking around in one sounds like a horse is walking on hard ground…or someone is pretending to be a galloping horse using coconuts (like in Monty Python And The Holy Grail).
It’s the sporran tassels continually banging against the rest of the sporran.
You can’t walk quietly when wearing a sporran with tassels.
