Automation isn’t “cheating” — it’s how I save brain and body for writing and rest. Shoutout to Buffer for making batch-posting a breeze!

Ok fellow spoonies keeping yourselves together with hope and K-tape!

I need a reminder on how to tape an achilles tendon. If anybody has photos, diagrams, or quick vids.

I can't remember, do I go all the way into the instep, or is that just for plantar fasciitis stuff? 🤔

Just want to isolate and rest tendon while I work on softening up the calf muscle that kicked this off.

Danka!

I just boiled eggs in my kettle because I was too fekkin tired to stand in a kitchen long enough to cook eggs.
If you didn't know you could do that, you can do that.

I have an important life lesson to share with ya'll:
If you get out of bed and throw the covers back over the warm spot, it will still be there for you when you crawl back in later.

Ooo I like all the pragmatic hacks too. So many clever problem solvers! I personally love this lil table, for working on the floor, or chillin on my bed. Chairs and desks are the devil's work imo. 😈

One of the ways I've been coping with my post-covid brain's inability to process novelty on the fly (while living in a new town) is to just wander into shops when I don't need anything.

There's no pressure and I can get a feel for what a store has and where it is so I can build familiarity for when I need it.

Is literally a load off my mind.
Excellent hack, heartily recommend the low stakes recon strategy.
