Předložení návrhu rozpočtu na další rok je klíčovou povinností každé české vlády. Daňoví poplatníci si ji za to platí. Za to, aby rozpočtovala užití jejich vybraných daní a odvodů. Momentálně, jako vždy, má Česko jen jednu vládu. Tu Fialovu.
