#Spring is in full swing here in #BatonRouge #Louisiana! It’s now time for the glory of the Chinese Fringe Trees. This particular specimen is found at the corner of Fifth Street and Spanish Town Road in the historic #SpanishTown Neighborhood. I wanted to share it to the #bloomscrolling community!
It’s #azalea season in #BatonRouge #Louisiana and this time I thought I’d share the white flowering variety. These particular shrubs were formed into a hedge in front of a historical bungalow in the #SpanishTown neighborhood. I figured they would be of interest to #bloomscrolling and #gardening. The key to getting these type of blooms is not to prune in the fall after the buds are set. If you do that you will only see flowers on the inside of the shrub.
