"We are making a new master plan for the CBDs of Bellingen, Dorrigo and Urunga and we want the community, business owners, visitors and stakeholders to share with us your ideas. A master plan is a strategic document outlining a long-term vision and implementation strategy for guiding growth and change in an area."

"The upcoming draft master plan for Bellingen, Dorrigo, and Urunga CBDs will influence the future appearance, atmosphere, and functionality of the town centres. It will address various factors, including land use, building density, public spaces, mobility, sustainability, and heritage"

"We have created different avenues for you to provide ideas and feedback to help shape the vision and focus for the future of your town. To get started, you can complete our short (5 minute) survey for your town below. The survey will be active from 18 January - 18 February 2024"
