#AmazonMGMStudios anunció que la esperada secuela de #Spaceballs, de #MelBrooks, película que trae el regreso a la actuación del protagonista Rick Moranis, se estrenará el 23 de abril de 2027, coincidiendo con el 40 aniversario de este clásico de culto.
Moranis retomará su papel en la disparatada aventura intergaláctica como Lord Dark Helmet junto a Bill Pullman como Lone Starr, Daphne Zuniga como la Princesa Vespa y George Wyner como el Coronel Sandurz. Brooks, de 99 años también regresa como Yogurt.

De comedyfilm Spaceballs van Mel Brooks uit 1987 krijgt na veertig jaar een vervolg. Verschillende vakmedia als Deadline en Variety schrijven dat de nieuwe film, waarin ook de 99-jarige Brooks zijn opwachting maakt, op 23 april 2027 in de Amerikaanse bioscopen verschijnt.
