Hollywood actress Gwen Farrell died at 94 on April 30 in Sherman Oaks, CA, of naturel causes. She played several nurses on TV’s “M*A*S*H” (1972-1983). Also in “Soylent Green” (1973), “Earthquake” (1974), “The Towering Inferno” (1974).

She managed Los Angeles boxers in the 1970s and became the first female licensed referee in 1969.
