@pedestrians1st This is the same so-called "#LabourParty" which has just given a peerage to Peter John, the man who gave away the #HeygateEstate at #ElephantAndCastle at a net loss to #SouthwarkCouncil.

It was one of the most valuable sites in London, with 2700 council homes rediced to zero. The residents were evicted, and offered spiritual counselling.

The issue now is what #southwarkcouncil decides to do. A decision whether to prosecute her or the letting agent may take some time - and will be contentious and embarrassing - particularly since #labour has a majority on it.
