@AlexGBardsley I’m a huge #SousVoile fan; vin jaune is a favourite of mine and I usually manage a few days in Arbois/Poligny each summer and pick up a few dozen bottles from the region. Just this one was even more than a little out of the ordinary…

Anything #SousVoile can be challenging. A few years ago I presented a Jura #wine dinner that included a Montbourgeau L'Etoile. Mostly #Chardonnay, but it tasted like a Fino from the Côte de Beaune. One guest was very upset and was Absolutely Certain it was faulty. #Jura
