Where else can so many states in, number, political persuasion, varied size, economic standing be seen talking together, trying to develop a better world?
The United Nations for all its shortcomings is the best hope we have as a global governance watchdog (apparently). Needless to say it needs major reforms & restructuring, not least ending the #veto & end present security council failures, they are undemocratic.
