Brewed in collaboration with Molly and Garvan from #TheDrapersArms, "Carl'sBrew" is a classic style English Pale Ale at 4.7%.
Now the nerdy bit.... brewed with a base grain from #SomerValleyBrewing then enhanced with Vienna and Crystal malts and finished off with Admiral and Cascade hops, we can't wait to pull it through and start serving.

Happy Hump Day! We've got some cracking beers lined up at the brewpub on Wells Road this week. Dog Day Afternoon from #LostAndGrounded will be live from 5pm tonight, an über-refreshing Kolsch-style beer. We also have Snug, an English Pale Ale from #SomerValleyBrewing new on cask; and the totally tropical taste of Kokomo Weekend from #GoodChemistry returns.
Plus, don't forget, tonight and tomorrow between 4 & 7pm is our Dog & A Pint deal, any house drink plus a BrüDog equals savings.

Fresh on the taps is our latest collaboration beer. 'Santa's Slice' is a Christmas Cake Porter, brewed with Chester from #SomerValleyBrewing and it really does need to be sampled to be believed. Brewed using real maraschino cherries, raisins, sultanas, some Christmas spices and a drop of Bruhaha-hopped rum courtesy of #ArtPark it's like actual cake in a glass.
We also have our Cold IPA 'Cold Cut' available too and our #GoodChemistry collab English IPA #ThreeLamps on cask. Pop in why don't you?
Just like Santa's sack at this time of year, our Christmas Movie Quiz Night tonight is full to bursting so unfortunately there's no more tables available. If you have already booked your spot, then don't forget your festive jumper.

After a successful collab brew day with #SomerValleyBrewing today, we'll be getting ready for the #GoodChemistry 3 Day Tap Takeover kicking off tomorrow on Wells Road! From 12pm we'll have a mix of Good Chem and our own beers on tap (plus 2 ciders) including our freshly brewed robust American Porter, 'Rusty Robot'.
As well as our daytime food menu being available from 9am we're looking forward to a beer with the Good Chem chrew.
