My inclination, when presented with a #problem, is not to #solve it, but to try to solve the #class of problems of which this was a member, so they don't bother me again.

Others prefer to solve it, secure in the knowledge they have a job as long as nobody does the first thing.

New directors and managers incline to #breaking all previous solutions, and taking credit for their reinvention.
That seems like a class of problems.

But I'm retired.

That's actually how you solve problems. You think biggest possible scale that you can, and if you can understand that scale, then put things together. #Solve #for #all means that the problem doesn't exist anymore. That's a #solution. After the four we don't care about the two and the two anymore.
