Reduce dal Festival di Sanremo dove con Fedez si è piazzato al quinto posto grazie al brano “Male necessario”, il cantautore ricorda i momenti più difficili del proprio percorso, a partire dalla morte della madre avvenuta quando lui aveva 19 anni: “Grazie alla promessa fatta a mamma, sono andato avanti: la settimana dopo ero su un palco a suonare la samba con il mio gruppo”, fa sapere a Vanity Fair.
Lo smarrimento dopo il successo
Nella sua vita ci sono stati altri “mali necessari”, come “lo smarrimento dopo due milioni di copie vendute in due anni. Ero peggiorato a livello umano e professionale. Se prima l’obiettivo era raggiungere il pubblico con le mie canzoni, emozionare le persone, a quel punto le priorità erano diventate acquistare una macchina più bella, cercare il terreno più costoso a Firenze per costruirci sopra casa, avere qualche donna in più” ammette.
