Hello I'm Duane, this is my #introduction. I'm an Assistant #Professor, currently at #mississipi State University School of #Architecture.

My research is in #Computational #Design. I build #tools to implement the #mathematics of the #SpaceGroups in design, mostly #Rhino and #grasshopper.

In addition to #Studio, I currently teach in our #BuildingTechnology sequence. Specifically Passive Systems.

I am lead #Faculty #Advisor for MSU's #SolarDecathlon Team.

I'm a #FirstGen #Academic and #worker

Biden increases oil royalty rate, scales back lease sales

(AP) — The Interior Department on Friday said it’s moving forward with the first onshore sales of public oil and natural gas drilling leases under President Joe Biden, but will sharply increase royalty rates for companies as federal officials weigh efforts to fight climate change against pressure to bring down high gasoline prices.
