My full moon tarot reading went great last night, I think I'm finally getting a hang of this Sola Busca tarot deck. After learning about the time period and culture that created it, and the class of people it was created for, I've discovered it's best to read it with undertones of capitalism.

Standard RDW decks focus on human experiences and emotions, while this one leans more toward business ventures and military victory. A product of its time and culture, but there are ways to bring those allegories to the present.

I've also noticed there's consistency in the direction the characters face, and the overall positive/negative mood of the card. This makes it easy to see the overall mood in a reading, and gives another area to read in the interpretation.
