I know it's hard. Really. I do. I've done it. I've talked to clients who can't communicate what the problem is and it's awful.

If your trouble-ticket is unclear or ambiguous I can't fix it. I can't even understand _what_ the problem is. I can't even understand where to start _looking_ to determine what the problem is on my own.

If you say I clicked on `Generate File` and those two words don't exist _any where_ on the screen. I can't help. I'ma delete yer ticket.

Liebe alle,

zu meiner Jobsuche schreibe ich hier mal mein "Kompetenzprofil", wie es während eines Job-Coachings ausgearbeitet wurde, rein.

Was ich mir davon erhoffe:
Ich bin bei meiner Jobsuche sehr auf meinen bisherigen Bereich "First Level - / Software Support" fokussiert.
Dabei werden aktuell nur sehr wenige dieser Jobs ausgeschrieben.
(Die Arbeitsagentur verweigert mir eine Weiterbildung zum "Second Level Supporter".)

Werft mir doch mal bitte zu, was für Jobs mit einem solchen Kompetenzprofil in Frage kommen könnten, ggf. auch gerne mit direkten Links zu konkreten Jobangeboten.
(bevorzugt 100% Remote, sonst in Dresden, ggf. bundesweit)

Super wäre ein Unternehmen, das OpenSource-Software verwendet und ggf. Linux-Notebooks für die Arbeit zur Verfügung stellt.

Sehr gerne boost, vielleicht wird ja das Interesse einer Arbeitgeber:in geweckt.

Nun ist also die EU-#Ökodesignverordnung in Kraft.

Wer noch ältere Geräte in Benutzung hat, kann - wenn unterstützt - mit #LineageOS auch jetzt schon von längerem #SoftwareSupport profitieren.

Mein Tablet Baujahr 2020, also mittlerweile 5 Jahre alt - so alt wie lt. Verordnung in Zukunft Geräte per Software-Updates versorgt werden müssen, läuft mit #Android 15, Sicherheitsupdate 1. Juni 2025.
