For a much earlier generation, the 'unforgivable' swear words were the blasphemous or blasphemy-adjacent ones: G*d, d*mn, J*sus, h*ll, etc. Anything harsher than that was almost unthinkable. But the way we swear has developed and evolved. (A thread)
