Para quem quiser criar um ponto central na web onde lista todos os links de seus perfis e projetos em diferentes plataformas, tem esse site aqui feito pelo mesmo dev que fez o Pixelix (aplicativo alternativo do Pixelfed) que é bem bacana. Vc pode mudar o layout, cores, estilo etc.

O site está aberto para novas inscrições e também é open source.
