The song tells the story of its own recording and it's a wild one. Some stupid with a flare gun did indeed burn the casino down where they were supposed to record and they ended up in the Grand hotel where they finished the album.

KilleansRow 🇺🇲 🇺🇦🍀Just saw this piano adaptation of #SmokeOnTheWater. Technically polished. Sonically excellent. Wonderful presentation…but too perfect. No swing. Spirit and soul locked out via strong anal clenching. But otherwise very good…this is what conservative reverence sounds like. Pumping it thru a few Marshalls won’t help if there isn’t a little give and take. A #GospelChoir in a church can literally take the roof off. Needs more O’ that
