Friendly reminder to test and all your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms! Replace if needed!
Mine all had 10 year batteries that were getting near the end of their life. One has died a couple years early. I replaced them with the same model, so I didn't even have to swap out the mounting brackets.
This go round, I added a natural gas detector to the mix, installed in my utility area, near my water heater and furnace.
