Crazy dog. After every meal (6 am and 4-ish pm) he goes and gets his 8 pound dumbell. He moves it to our bed, or from the bed to his dog bed. Nutty boy. So proud of himself!

Fried green tomatoes on pita with light mayo, blue cheese and romaine lettuce. (I was keeping track of calories then---this was about 450 for both. Not bad.)
