Testing out a newly released #Jellyfin client on #AndroidTV, #Wholphin, and so far, so good - very good actually. It's def a lot more pleasant looking and intuitive than the official Jellyfin client. I especially like the option to combine the 'Next up' and 'Continue watching' sections, which I've always found a bit odd that they're not combined in the first place on Jellyfin.

If my experience continues to be the same, Wholphin will be my top recommendation when it comes to #Android TV. I'm not sure if #AppleTV has much alternative, and a client that is just as nice/good (even as an #Apple user, I'm just doubtful Apple TV is a good option when it comes to app availability, like #SmartTube). On #iOS/#iPadOS and Android, my main choice is still #Streamyfin - not perfect, but really good and the best I've found.

No, or not as many choice on desktop but I think the web UI or the official desktop client works fine in a mouse/keyboard setting. Kinda nuts how there's seemingly a lot of choices in terms of Jellyfin clients recently on Android TV. Hopefully Apple TV would get the same treatment.

#PSA for anyone that uses #SmartTube, in case you didn't know. Read the dev's ReadMe (scroll down).
The version I had (30.55) didn't seem to be one that was affected, but I still uninstalled, revoked YouTube permission, then reinstalled the latest version per the instructions.
I also downloaded #TizenTubeCobalt as a backup.
