Glad I managed to get a small feature update out on Monday before Apple gave developers a lot of Liquid Glass homework for the summer. On Mac and iPad, when using a trackpad or mouse to enter moves, a ghost stone appears on the board under the cursor (can be turned off in Settings > Move Input > Show Ghost Moves). I’ve just verified that this also works with the hover state of the Pencil on iPad.
SmartGo One users* will now see an additional thousand pro games in their collection, bringing the total to over 131,000. Also, the newest update adds Show Joseki* to the context menu when you tap and hold on a corner stone (that feature uses the game collection to figure out where the pros played).

The pro game collection in SmartGo One has been updated with over 2,000 new games, for a total of over 130,000 games. The names dictionary lists over 4,700 entries.

SmartGo One 2.3.5 is mostly a bug fix update, but also adds a setting for showing the SGF circle property as a circle instead of a dot, a frequently requested change. It now defaults to circle on stones, dot on empty points (Settings > Board Display > Circle as Dot). You can also mark the most recent move with a circle, as you may be used to from some other apps (Settings > Board Display > Move Numbering, or just tap on the board with two fingers for quick view adjustments).
