Out here, the streetlights try their best to glow, and they are bright, but the stars always outshine them in my heart and mind. There’s a kind of quiet magic in these mountain evenings where the world slows down, the sky opens up, and you remember how big and beautiful everything really is.

A peaceful quiet as I walk down the street. I really stop and wonder how I got so lucky to be living under this #Appalachian sky. No other place I would want to be.

Give me a country road, a cold night, and a sky full of constellations, and I’m home. 🏡🌄
