Die (für mich) schönste Neuigkeit des Tages:
"Seidels Klosterbäckerei (Slow Food)" bleibt bestehen!

Nach mehreren Monaten bangen, ob die Bäckerei überleben kann, war ein Investor abgesprungen.
Daraufhin übernahm "ein Mitarbeiter aus der Backstube" das Geschäft.

Allerdings frage ich mich, warum sich der Mitarbeiter "verschulden" muss (so die Verkäuferin), aber das ursprüngliche Unternehmen hat keine Mttel oder Möglichkeiten, das Geschäft durch Aufnahme eines Kredits weiter zu betreiben?

Eine Umwandlung in eine Genossenschaft hätte ich auch spannend gefunden.
