Mumonkanbeen thinking about the low societal rumblings from ideas like: #smallweb / #slowtech / #offline / #solarpunk / #digitalminimalism / etc and i would like to declare that i officially request we bring back cybercafes.
i dont just mean some hipster nod to them, but rather specifically that they serve as *the only* place you can surf the web and check your mail. no other access to the internet, period.
