Prove You’re Human punta tutto sul disagio: l’horror che trasforma la “valle dell’uncanny” in un punto di forza
We just finished our first playthrough of 'Slay the Princess' and it's really as good as @yosunai always says 🙂↕️👌🏻
Banger game with seemingly endless replayability which is very much worth it's price.
Cuttently even under 10 bucks on Steam and GOG ❤️🔥

23-24. Oops...
Playing "slay the princess" gives the feeling that, whatever you choose, you always make the wrong decision.

I haven't written about many of the interpretations that are obvious to me. (I realize they aren't intuitive to everyone.)
But I thought I'd make a note about one that was less obvious to me.
There are power dynamics built into the game. Depending on your choices, your power with the Narrator and Princess fluctuates. This opens or closes future options on each run. Just choosing certain dialog options, even if they are questions you've asked before, can undermine ir bolster your power status with either character.
It's on sale at Steam rn for $10. Gameplay is super easy... just make really hard choices that make you feel uncomfortable.
I'll try not to spoil anything. Though it's the kind of game without enough rigidity to "spoil" in the classic sense.
I'm mainly sticking to observations of its philosophy and symbolism.
There are enough variations of outcome and the symbols are flexible enough that, if you wanted to watch or play it yourself, there's still plenty of room to come away with your own endings and meaning.
I forgot I'd started another thread and I let it split.
Here is my original reaction.
EuroBrady: "We're ready to take another STAB at Slay the Princess." 🤦🏻
This is one of the most Taoist games I've ever played.
Brady's ending basically told the story of Wu Wei splitting into Yin/Yang, as characters.
Which I was sensing long before they spelled it out.
It's giving shape to a lot of the ideas already floating around in my head.
A skeptic is a kind of a trickster.
I know it seems like a contradiction, but it's been knocking around in my head for a few days.
If you get so skeptical that nothing is solid..... then nothing is real. It breaks trust in reality.
Like a trickster.
One of many trains is thought provoked by Slay the Princess.
(I'm playing it myself now after watching EuroBrady beat it.)
