I finished the #CDrama Ski into Love yesterday. I mostly started this because of the filming locations (I *really* want to go snowboarding in China) and didn’t have high expectations (im not a huge fan of Esther Yu), but I quite enjoyed this. It’s lighthearted and fun, the characters were enjoyable, the scenery amazing, and the actual snowboarding not terrible (apparently they had an Olympic gold medalist as a consultant).
1/2 (i think)
Continuing with #SkiIntoLove - the Yimming nonsense didn’t last long, thankfully, and I’m still enjoying the show, but the inevitable breakup scene is predictably stupid
Eleven episodes into Ski Into Love and I’m enjoying it more than I expected (I’m not usually a fan of Esther Yu’s characters) and it’s not *just* because of the snowboarding. However, Jiang Yimming is really starting to 🤬 me off and if they draw out his nonsense too much could lose interest fast.
Fingers crossed someone puts him in his place soon (his sister seriously should have shut him down)
