I must confess that I am still stumbling about #mastodon There are so many wonderful people whose social media posts I do miss. Along with that, I do miss sharing hopes, concerns, and a kooky desire for truffle chocolates to the world via those aforementioned social media sites. What I do not miss about twitter, facebook, and instagram are the people who chose and who continue to choose to use those sites to add to the suffering of others.

Mastodon is a kind of small café of thoughtful and engaging people. I am overwhelmed by such a community. An apropos descriptor/action is that I am having to recalibrate my expectations from that of avoiding harmful threads/postings to that of enjoying and being inspired by exploring again. 🌻
