So, I saw Sinners last night with wife and daughter at the local IMAX screen. It's an amazing movie in every way. Superb.

As is my wont, I spent a few hours today scouring the internets for information about the making of the movie - direction, acting, cinematography, music and FX. I also investigated IMAX format as a consumer.

It turns out that Sinners director Ryan Coogler created a short video explaining IMAX using a few whiteboards.

Finally got to watch Sinners this evening.

Wanted to watch it last year in the cinema but missed my chance due to various reasons.

But, I treated myself to it on Blu-ray recently.

I hope it actually wins a bunch of its Academy Award nominations. I hope the predominantly white old men who vote on that stuff, actually realise it is gooooooood cinema and vote accordingly.
