Keep Left emerged from the Catherine Connolly presidential election campaign in 2025.

Similar to Marriage Equality (#MarRef) and Together for Yes (#RepealThe8th), it's non-party, and aims at uniting parties on the left around shared common goals. Dublin Central is something of a test bed.
