Welcome to the Spice Market! We just moved into 20 Culpepper House on the fourth floor of this gorgeous brownstone behind me.

The apartment was recently remodeled. It has lot of exposed stone and industrial fixtures. Very modern.

Loft-style kitchen. Very roomy.

Dormitory living again because the city is expensive and we’re all fresh out of college.

The listing described this as a “spa-style” bathroom.

We converted this room into a studio so we can keep hoeing it up online. Like I said we’re broke.
