Jan BlockxOn Tuesday 28 April, the European Commission issued its 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗿, 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗨 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸, proposing several solutions to the ever-expanding complexification of EU law.
