Il Tempo: Giornata emofilia, Riva (Cnel): "Servono più specialisti formati da valorizzare"

Roma, 13 apr. (Adnkronos Salute) - "Il Cnel è la casa dei corpi intermedi: per noi il primo aspetto importante è formare i professionisti che curano i pazienti emofilici. Il fatto critico è che non ci sono più colleghi che vogliano dedicarsi a questo tipo di attività ed è necessario capirne le ragioni, come le difficoltà di accesso al mondo del lavoro. Non si può pretendere che le persone facciano volontariato per anni, perché è un mestiere che prevede un grosso impegno da molti punti di vista: il medico che si occupa del paziente emofilico, infatti, è una persona che non stacca mai dal punto di vista lavorativo ed è un aspetto che va riconosciuto, anche economicamente". Lo ha detto Francesco Riva, consigliere del Consiglio nazionale dell'economia e del lavoro - Cnel, intervenendo oggi a Roma al convegno per la XXII Giornata mondiale dell'emofilia, promosso da FedEmo. "E' necessario che il medico specialista sia davvero preparato, perché è colui che prescrive la terapia. In tale contesto, l'impegno del Cnel è proprio questo: aprire un tavolo tecnico con Fnomceo, università e istituzioni", ha spiegato.
Nel campo dell'odontoiatria - è emerso dal convegno - il Cnel sta sviluppando un progetto dedicato ai pazienti con malattie emorragiche congenite. Un tema che si intreccia con l'appello di FedEmo per la Giornata mondiale dell'emofilia: "Abbiamo aperto un tavolo tecnico al Cnel proprio sugli stili di vita, con la deputata Simona Loizzo, presidente della Commissione Sanità, una collega odontoiatra maxillofacciale. Abbiamo fatto un primo incontro al Cnel, poi alla Camera e adesso ne faremo uno a maggio, durante l'Expo Dental. Il mondo odontoiatrico vede i pazienti emofilici in prima linea - ha sottolineato Riva - Nel momento in cui un dente erompe avviene un'emorragia. Pertanto, è essenziale che i colleghi odontoiatri vengano formati e questo è un aspetto che deve essere rilevante per il mondo istituzionale".

One cannot demand that people volunteer for years, because it is a profession that involves a great commitment from many points of view: the doctor who cares for a hemophilic patient, in fact, is a person who never disconnects from a professional point of view and this is an aspect that must be recognized, even economically.” This was said by Francesco Riva, a councilor of the National Council for Economy and Work – Cnel, speaking today in Rome at the conference for the 22nd World Hemophilia Day, promoted by FedEmo. “It is necessary that the specialist doctor is truly prepared, because he is the one who prescribes the therapy. In this context, the Cnel’s commitment is precisely this: to open a technical table with Fnomceo, universities and institutions,” he explained.

In the field of dentistry – emerging from the conference – the Cnel is developing a project dedicated to patients with congenital bleeding disorders. A theme that intertwines with FedEmo’s appeal for World Hemophilia Day: “We have opened a technical table at the Cnel specifically on lifestyles, with deputy Simona Loizzo, president of the Health Commission, a colleague maxillofacial dentist. We had a first meeting at the Cnel, then at the Chamber and now we will have one in May, during the Expo Dental. The dental world sees patients with hemophilia on the front lines – Riva emphasized – When a tooth erupts, there is a hemorrhage. Therefore, it is essential that dental colleagues are trained and this is an aspect that must be relevant to the institutional world.”

Il Tempo: Loizzo (Lega): "Digitale chiave per equità di accesso a Ssn e omogeneità tra Regioni"

Roma, 9 apr. (Adnkronos Salute) - "Il digitale rappresenta una svolta nei processi di miglioramento del Servizio sanitario nazionale e può rendere più omogenei i sistemi sanitari regionali, garantendo ai cittadini pari possibilità di accesso alle cure". Lo ha detto la deputata Simona Loizzo (Lega), membro dell'Intergruppo parlamentare di sanità digitale, intervenendo da remoto a ‘Dialoghi sull'Innovazione accessibile – Innovaction', l'evento promosso a Roma da Gsk e Adnkronos con il patrocinio di Farmindustria. "L'Italia ha avviato un percorso sulla digitalizzazione del Servizio sanitario nazionale ma le ricadute sui territori non sono ancora omogenee e c'è quindi la necessità di accelerare anche alla luce delle scadenze del Pnrr, che fa sì che ci sia ancora una corsa da fare per consolidare i risultati" ha spiegato Loizzo, che annovera tra le priorità "il pieno sviluppo della telemedicina, soprattutto nelle aree interne, nei piccoli borghi e nelle isole minori, e un utilizzo più strutturato dei dati sanitari. Tutta la programmazione dei sistemi sanitari regionali è imprescindibile dall'utilizzo dei dati".
Secondo Loizzo "l'Italia deve poter dire la propria anche nell'attuazione dello Spazio europeo dei dati sanitari, “valorizzando l'autonomia prevista nei decreti di recepimento". In tema di tempi di accesso ai farmaci, "l'Italia soffre un ritardo epocale nell'approvazione alla rimborsabilità dei farmaci dopo l'autorizzazione dell'Agenzia europea del farmaco. È necessario ridurre i tempi, così da garantire ai pazienti l'accesso alle terapie nel più breve tempo possibile. Questo richiede la collaborazione di tutti gli attori del sistema per rendere più rapidi i processi decisionali" ha concluso.

Rome, April 9 (Adnkronos Salute) – “Digital technology represents a turning point in the processes of improving the National Health Service and can make regional healthcare systems more uniform, guaranteeing citizens equal access to care.” This was stated by Deputy Simona Loizzo (League), a member of the Parliamentary Intergroup for Digital Health, speaking remotely at ‘Dialoghi sull’Innovazione accessibile – Innovaction', an event promoted in Rome by Gsk and Adnkronos with the patronage of Farmindustria. “Italy has begun a path towards the digitalization of the National Health Service, but the effects on the territories are not yet uniform and there is therefore a need to accelerate, also in light of the deadlines of the PNRR, which means there is still a race to be run to consolidate the results” Loizzo explained, listing among the priorities “the full development of telemedicine, especially in inland areas, in small villages and in the smaller islands, and a more structured use of health data. All regional healthcare system programming is essential for the use of data.”

According to Loizzo, “Italy must be able to assert itself in the implementation of the European Health Data Space, ‘valorizing the autonomy provided for in the implementation decrees’.” Regarding access times to medicines, “Italy suffers a historical delay in the approval of reimbursement for medicines after authorization by the European Medicines Agency. It is necessary to reduce these times, so as to guarantee patients access to therapies as quickly as possible. This requires the collaboration of all stakeholders to speed up decision-making processes” she concluded.
