Amigamers: Cómo se hizo Bubba’n Stix.

El nuevo vídeo de Amigamers recupera Bubba’n Stix, una de las propuestas más peculiares surgidas de Core Design en los años noventa. Concebido inicialmente con un tono serio, el proyecto dio un giro hacia el humor absurdo bajo la dirección de Simon Phipps y Billy Allison, dando forma a un plataformas con fuerte componente de puzle y mecánicas poco convencionales.

El repaso analiza entre otras cosas, las diferencias entre versiones —Amiga, Mega Drive y CD32—, destacando sus animaciones y la banda sonora de Martin Iveson. Aunque no fue un éxito comercial, el título ha ganado reconocimiento con el tiempo por su originalidad, con detalles curiosos como su promoción junto a marcas de chicles y la cancelación de la versión para Mega CD.
