Steve McCarty 🇯🇵What I did recently, going from home in Ōsaka to Tōkyō (2). My friend the Aoyama Gakuin University professor and I went to Shinjuku Gyoen (新宿御苑), quite a large park in central Tōkyō. I'm hard-pressed with the limit of four photos. He had a nice camera and sent me some close-ups of flowers in the greenhouse of Shinjuku Gyoen that I'm not showing this time. If there seems to be a demand, I will. Here I show how spacious the park is, despite the central location, wisteria in Japanese culture, and spooky trees with roots like hands reaching up. The last photo is my close-up of the 'Mickey Mouse' flower, if you can see the resemblance.
