Last week's ORF TV news on a 2nd #Russki #SIGINT station in 1030 Vienna. 8 dishes, 2 of these a transmit/receive combination. Target sat between ~ 8° east and 5° west. The Nomen Nescio Club is currently investigating hi-res imagery. Results due next week.

EDIT: That "fast beacom" may be more than just a beacon. It has some features to it that are more than just the beeps, some tones appear in the spaces between the beeps. I don't see any good explanation on the web yet but I do think it is military.
I'm not 100% familiar with the frequency of "Sky King" Emergency Action Messages but it seems like they're going crazy today. The one I'm currently listening to, "invictus," sounds suspiciously like it's from an airborne source given the high frequency hum and people talking in the background. I heard at least one "shit."
