please do not add a "v"-prefix to your version string of a git tag. Please try to not use text in generall, keep it to numbers and dots instead! If you need text, limit yourself to lower case at least.
There are people and tooling that needs to deal with this.

I've decided to not reset my clocks and stay on Daylight Savings Time. I'm tired of living this idiotic American lifestyle.
