RESOLVED : dropbox on Debian 13
If you are on Debian 13 and want to use dropbox as a daemon/desktop application, I have found it impossible to use their new software (.debs created for Debian). I also think it is mining your browser data for AI analytics.
Go with the nautilus-dropbox package in the stable branch.
And start looking for an alternative. They are coming after your OS and browser. Shameful.

Dropbox is showing some very suspicious behaviour on Debian 13 LXQt. It tries to 'connect' by forcing a browser window to open. After I do log in, it doesn't work.
The commandline leaks errors. After logging in through one browser, it still generates command line output when I browse through a different one.
And there are errors about coveoua. Does anyone know what coveoua is ? Some sort of an AI analytics company ?
