Yesterdays first stop was at Sumiyoshi Taisha.
A wonderful shrine which is not completely overrun by tourists.

It has one of the best bridges if you love taking pictures of mirror images.

And we saw a traditional shinto wedding.
You often see couples looking quit serious but this couple enjoyed the day!

Kenkun Shrine sits on the slope of Mt. Funaoka (112m) in Kyoto City. In early spring, Kawazu cherry blossoms adorn the approach to the summit, from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city and Mt. Hiei.

The view makes the climb worth it.
