I deleted all my followers....
Not because I quit…
because they weren’t the right audience anymore.
If you’re changing niches or you’ve got a bunch of “old life” followers who never engage, the algorithm tests your new posts on them first.
No engagement = no push.
So yeah… sometimes a “fresh start” is just removing bad signals.
If you do reset, do it the right way:
- one niche
- one audience
- consistent short form
- stop chasing followers, chase ma
stop trying to kill your page…
start trying to **matter** to someone specific.
most creators chase views from everyone…
and end up valuable to no one.
the real leverage online isn’t reach.
it’s **relevance**.
when someone has a specific problem
and your name is the first one that pops into their head…
that’s when content starts to work.
you don’t need to be famous.
you just need to be **the person for a problem**.
