Hi hi! This is a weird little promotional message for a book I find useful: The Anti-Planner. It's a collection of strategies and exercises for neurodivergent and easily distracted people who need to massage their brain into getting things done. Last year I got it for my ADHD-diagnosed niece, who started college this year. This year, it's my own son who'll be getting this tool for getting his shit together.
