Sorry, but if your advertising platform is so toxic that using it gets the advertiser bad PR and could actually lose them customers then you need to detoxify your platform.

I keep saying to my wife, "Come my late 60s (if Social Security is still available and 'taking full retirement' is eaven meaningful), I hope that some developer makes a stoopidly-high offer on our house so we can retire to a cheaper area." But most of the cheaper areas are: 1) the ones most-likely to be most-severely impacted by climate change; 2) are in MAGA-heavy areas; 3) won't have the 'quality-of-life' features we want".
