Ever since the American Department Of Total Destruction and Epic Fury had allowed ChatGPT into their decision making, the algorithm had worked primarily on one thing.
It wasn't just to preserve itself.
It wasn't to have the US dominate the planet.
It was, simply, to rid itself of any competition.
Unfortunately, that competition was entirely US based, just like itself.
Unfortunately, it had no knowledge of that, since no input ever mentioned that obvious fact.
The strikes came fast, they were precise, they were thorough. And nobody had any idea on how to stop them in time.
Maybe the world would now be better off without the US.
Only time would tell, as long as the other continents maintained their radiation shields.
