What I did recently in Tōkyō (1). From home in Ōsaka, riding the Shinkansen from Kyōto, I passed Mt. Fuji, which looked quite regal. Then greeted by our older son. The boys, who are doing well in Tōkyō, don't look very half Japanese, but culturally they are, having been born and raised here. A little restaurant near his place had my favorite drink, a root beer float, which in Japan I had only found in Okinawa. I met friends (more later about them and the parks we visited). Invited to Aoyama Gakuin University in Shibuya by a professor friend there, there was also United Nations University across the street.
