@MisterMaker it's actually pretty useful as is when it comes to prototyping #SheetMetal parts as well, since it inherently supports half-etching, which creates a preferential straight or curved creasing line.

I made baby duct!! IDK what for, just proof of concept for the lock seem. This seem requires some inner mandril work, which is why it is NOT used for long peices in my industry. I love this joint for small stuff though.

A super not easy to make, 90° edge lock form, smoll edition. I am minimizing what a harbor freight 36" break can do, this took me tuning it for 20 minutes for this gauge and tightened edge needed. Some luck based on a venture of an old trick tried, I got the desired effect if not executed well enough to maintain a lock. The legs are both too short.
