Friends of mine added this free Toy Swap station in front of their home. It's like a neighborhood library but with toys. Kids stop by, drop off toys they don't want, take new ones they do want. So far, it's worked really well. Kids play in front of their house now often. Let's normalize sharing toys.

After selling our old DIY-built CNC machine, we now have a new one on loan from a member. Setup with housing and proper controls is in progress, hopefully ready soon. A great example of our free-to-use principle: members loaning their machines to the community when they don't need them at home.
