At 10, I went to a slaughterhouse. We asked drivers for 2 minutes: water, eye contact, a little love before the gates close and they never come back out.

Those pigs were babies. Never loved, never free, never safe. People call them “food”, even though they are someone.

2 minutes to give water.
2 minutes to look the victims in the eyes.
2 minutes to give them a little bit of love… before they enter the gates and never come back out.
