Un’operazione congiunta tra la Direzione distrettuale antimafia di Bari e la Procura speciale anticorruzione e criminalità organizzata di Tirana, ha permesso di risolvere il caso dell’omicidio di Francesco Diviesti, il 26enne di Barletta scomparso il 25 aprile 2025 e ritrovato cadavere quattro giorni dopo in un rudere delle campagne del nord barese, e anche di assicurare alla giustizia un gruppo organizzato dedito al riciclaggio internazionale di denaro contante dall’Italia all’Albania.
Nel blitz quattordici persone sono state raggiunte da misure cautelari nell’ambito dell’inchiesta coordinata dalla Dda di Bari, con anche il sostegno di Eurojust. Secondo quanto trapela, uno degli indagati è finito ai domiciliari, tre sono stati sottoposti all’obbligo di firma, mentre gli altri sono stati condotti in carcere.

I dettagli saranno resi noti in una conferenza stampa in Procura a Bari alle 10:30, la quale sarà trasmessa anche on-line, e a cui parteciperanno Klodjan Braho, procuratore capo della Procura Speciale Anticorruzione e Criminalità Organizzata di Tirana, Roberto Rossi, procuratore della Repubblica di Bari e Filippo Spiezia, membro nazionale per l’Italia presso Eurojust.
