Less than 1% of #SexOffences lead to #prosecution. More than 99% of sex #offenders are not charged or convicted.

"Just one fifth of sex offences reported to #gardaí lead to prosecution" according to @CSOIreland, and "fewer than 4% of the women and men who have experienced sexual violence as an adult will report to gardaí" according to Dublin Rape Crisis Centre.
